How to prevent tooth decay in the festive season and enjoy sweets?

How to prevent tooth decay in the festive season and enjoy sweets?
November 11, 2020KUSHAGRA TRIVEDIUncategorized

As we all know the festive season is going on. Else we can also say the season of sweets is going on! Diwali, Bhaiduj, and even after that Christmas and New Year, is all about sweets and fun. Although the festival season means fun, charm and of course about the energy, it is hard to imagine celebrations without sweets and chocolates, without the pudding prepared for friends and family, Ladoos and Jalebis which are being enjoyed by the family, and children fill up with mouthfuls of sweets.

As much as this whole scenario encompasses happiness and fun, much more happens after celebrating, and most importantly TOOTH DECAY and verbal problems. Sweets and delicacies are unavoidable, and so are the after-effects of goring on them; with tooth decay, bad mouth, and children, the first signs of caries and gingivitis.

As much as we love snacking after a meal on Diwali and after that, very few unwanted visitors come to the food gathered in our and baby’s mouths, that if left untreated or not seen, cause the whole problems. Can be made, many of which are already known.

Come on, I am telling you the prevention tips to protect your teeth from tooth decay in this festival season and eat sweets, snacks freely, and also if you already had tooth decay then I will tell you how to fix it!

First of all, know how to avoid tooth decay

Brush twice – It is recommended by doctors for everyone to brush twice a day. You can ensure the safety of your teeth after waking up at night and brushing before going to bed at night.

Do rinse after eating – After eating food or having breakfast, some particles of food get stuck in the teeth? They rot between the teeth and cause damage to them. The way to deal with this problem is very simple. Rinse every time after having breakfast and after eating food. This brings out most of the trapped particles and reduces the risk of tooth decay.

Use of mouthwash – All types of antimicrobial mouthwash are available in the market. If you use them after brushing daily then the teeth will remain from rotting.

Know how to fix tooth decay

Clove – Clove is very beneficial for the diagnosis of any dental problem. It has the property of preventing bacteria responsible for tooth decay to flourish. Teeth will never rot due to pressing under the teeth and sucking its juice.

Garlic – Garlic is very helpful in fighting the bacteria responsible for tooth decay. If you eat one or two garlic chewed with teeth every day, there will be no problem with tooth rot.

Neem- Datun of neem has been used to clean teeth since ancient times. If you can easily find neem teeth, then instead of toothbrushes, use them only to clean the teeth. It will not stink from your breath either.

If you simply follow these three steps for preventing tooth decay and fixing tooth decay you may eat as many sweets, and snacks as you want in this festival season.
