There are numerous ways by which we can make our teeth healthy and strong.
Brushing: Fluoridated toothpaste brushing twice a day will decrease the risk of having caries in your teeth. Moreover, it helps in the plaque’s dislodgement, thus eventually reducing the bacterial load and formation of acid in the mouth. Anything other than a soft brush has the potential to harm not only the teeth but the gums as well. The plaque is soft and can be removed easily. Flossing: Daily flossing will help keep our mouths safe. Take 45 cm of floss and wrap each hand around one finger.
